Mr Matthew Beale is the Chief Financial Officer of the Comms Group. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with broad corporate accounting and finance experience.

This experience includes acting as a permanent and interim CFO of SMEs both publicly listed and privately owned, across a range of industries. These industries include agricultural food production and processing, import/wholesaling, port operations, sand mining and processing, IT and online retail clothing. In all roles Matthew has worked closely with and reported through to business owners including investment managers, family offices, managing directors and boards of directors.

Prior to Matthew’s first CFO role approximately 15 years ago, he worked for a number of years in Corporate Finance roles including advisory and corporate banking. Through these roles and acting as CFO, he has gained experience in due diligence and business valuation for acquisition and sales purposes, capital raising's including pre-IPO and private raising's and debt funding for a variety of uses.

Matthew also has an MBA from The Australian Graduate School of Management.
