The offer

The Prospectus contains details of an offer by CommsChoice Group Limited ACN 619 196 539 (CommsChoice Group or Company) of 30,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in CommsChoice Group (Shares) for $0.25 per Share (Offer). CommsChoice Group will apply to ASX Limited (ASX) for admission to the official list of ASX and quotation of the Shares on ASX within 7 days of the date of the Prospectus. Baillieu Holst Ltd ACN 006 519 393 is the lead manager and underwriter of the Offer. The Offer is fully underwritten.
